Led by Chuck Schumer, Senate Democrats unanimously voted to block a targeted coronavirus rescue package that would send billions in rescue funds to kids and teachers returning to classrooms, struggling small businesses, and unemployed Americans.
Schumer’s hand-picked candidate to run against Mitch McConnell in Kentucky — Amy McGrath — has traveled across the Commonwealth this week bragging about her opposition to providing more rescue funds to Kentuckians.
In fact, McGrath is proud to support a left-wing wish list that would cut taxes for New York and California millionaires, use taxpayer funds to send direct payments to illegal immigrants, and allocate more rescue funds to Puerto Rico than to Kentucky. McGrath has already admitted that she would put Kentucky’s needs behind whatever Chuck Schumer’s priorities are.
Why does Amy McGrath oppose helping Kentucky students and teachers, small businesses, and families?
