Kentucky Prosecutor: Amy McGrath Is Beholden To A Democratic Party Flirting With Mob Rule

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky — Team Mitch today launched a new statewide ad campaign contrasting Senator Mitch McConnell’s commitment to protecting Kentucky families and supporting our police officers to Amy McGrath’s Democratic Party, which is flirting with mob rule in cities across the nation. Featuring a Jessamine County prosecutor, “Holds the Line” goes on to highlight Senator McConnell’s opposition to defunding the police and his record of confirming judges who uphold the constitution.

“Violent mobs are wreacking havoc on cities across the country, and Kentuckians need to feel safe in their homes and communities,” said McConnell Senate Committee press secretary Kate Cooksey. “Amy McGrath’s Democratic Party can’t claim they are able to keep people safe as they continue to bend to mob rule and threats to defund the police. Senator McConnell will always protect Kentucky families and hold the line against these violent mobs. There’s only one law and order candidate in the Kentucky Senate race — and that’s Mitch McConnell.”
